The Salesforce job market has not disappeared, but it is being recalibrated. A Salesforce Ben analysis drawing on salary research and surveys of administrators, developers and architects indicates that global demand returned to growth in 2025 after a steep decline the year before. The recovery, however, is not reaching every role equally.

Technical and solution architects are among the strongest areas of demand, while the supply of administrators and business analysts has grown faster than available work. Developers face more pressure at entry level, yet experienced professionals who connect code, integration, data and architecture remain difficult to replace.

Artificial intelligence is accelerating the shift. Using an AI tool is becoming routine; delivering a safe, useful AI project is still uncommon. Practical work with Agentforce, Data 360, governance and ROI differentiates candidates more than a long credential list. The most resilient strategy combines a product specialty with architecture, communication and business impact.
